Terms & Conditions

• A. Motor:
• Damage caused by human factors or physical impact is not covered under warranty
• B. Battery:
• 1. The battery must be charged at least once every month and maintained at approximately 80% State of Charge (SOC)
• 2. Any battery damage caused by prolonged non-charging will be excluded from warranty coverage.
• 3. If, in any battery pack, all individual batteries are measured below 10.5V, the case will be treated as customer misuse due to poor or irregular charging habits, rather than a product defect.
• C. Electrical Parts:
• Unauthorized wiring modifications, manual cutting of wires, or any human-induced damage are not covered under warranty.
• D. Consumable / Wear-and-Tear Parts:
• Items such as rearview mirrors, brake pads, tires, cables, chains, decorative parts, promotional items, and giveaway items, as well as any parts not listed above, are not covered under warranty.
• E. Mileage:
• Natural mileage degradation over time is not covered under warranty.
• F. General Exclusions:
• Damage caused by environmental factors, human actions, physical impact, or any natural causes is not covered under warranty.
